Diana graduated from a legal secretarial program, with honours, through a local business College in 1989, and immediately commenced working as a Legal Secretary in the area of personal injury. Diana has 12 years experience working as a Legal Assistant, always in the personal injury field. For 5 years, Diana worked as the Assistant to the Director of Nursing for one of the area's largest Long-Term Care Homes.

With her combined 17 years of secretarial experience, Diana brings an empathetic, down-to-earth approach to all of Rhona's clients, believing that everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. Good customer service, whether dealing with Rhona's valued clients or professionals in the community, is paramount for Diana.

"The clients who come to Rhona for help have been through enough of a traumatic experience. The information that we must deal with in order to help them is, of course, very sensitive and deeply personal. I will do my best to make our clients feel welcome, comfortable and secure in the knowledge that they will be treated with dignity and respect throughout the litigation process."

Diana was born in Brantford, but has made Hamilton her home for the past 29 years. She currently lives on the west Hamilton Mountain with her partner, Dan, and their two children.
