You can apply for CPP disability, Ontario Support Disability (ODSP) and  income benefits under your car insurance if your disability was caused by a car accident.  I believe you cannot get EI sick benefits.  In some cases you can get WSIB.  If you have purchased private disability insurance you can apply for that.
