He was exiting the parking lot from the "entrance" lane! I do not have a lawyer now, but I did. The parties in the tort action offered me $7,500.00 because they sat I was at fault! This was my insurance companies decision, which I am fighting! Help. I was railroaded, by everyone, and need help so very badly. Not sure I can go on much longer.
